Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping on all orders over $70 nationwide, including rural addresses! Simply spend $70 or more in a single transaction after discounts, and free shipping will automatically be applied to your order.

For orders under $70, we charge a flat rate of $7 for nationwide shipping and $10 for rural delivery.

Orders are packed within 1-2 business days and shipped from Auckland. Local deliveries typically arrive overnight, while other destinations usually take 2-3 business days. During peak sale periods, please allow a few extra days for delivery.

If you have any special delivery instructions, such as where to leave your parcel or gate codes, please include them in the order comments at checkout.

You’ll receive a delivery notification with tracking information via email once your order is booked. Tracking will be available within 24 hours of booking.
