All products come with a 30-day money-back guarantee (available in NZ only). Refunds will be issued in full once the returned goods are received.

If any issues or defects are found upon receiving your order, please report them to us within 30 days.

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method as the original purchase. For items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly sent (as determined by Choose You & Co), return postage will be reimbursed and credited using the same payment method. To process refunds, we may require your credit card information, which will be handled through our secure payment system.
